Working Principle

The Spiral Waste Compaction Station is based on the principle of spiral mechanics. It generates axial thrust and radial squeezing force through rotating spiral blades to achieve continuous compression and dehydration of waste:

During the feeding stage: Waste is fed into the compaction chamber through an artificial discharge port, conveyor belt or hopper. It can handle various materials such as household waste, food waste, and industrial solid waste.

During the crushing and compaction stage: The spiral shaft rotates at a low speed, and the blades shear and crush the waste and push it forward. In the compression section, a high-pressure zone is formed, compressing the volume of the waste.

During the dehydration stage: During the compression process, the moisture in the waste is discharged through the screen of the chamber or the drainage system, reducing the moisture content by 30%-50% and reducing the risk of leachate pollution.

During the storage and discharge stage: The compressed waste is pushed to the storage chamber. When the set capacity is reached, the compressed waste is discharged through the hydraulic auxiliary system to the transfer vehicle, completing the collection cycle.
