Work Process
1. Initial standby state
The compression chamber is in a low-position closed state, and the compaction push plate is reset to the end of the chamber.
The valve of the leachate collection tank is opened, and the negative pressure odor removal system maintains low-power operation.
All safety sensors are in real-time monitoring mode.
2. Garbage Disposal Phase
The ground disposal door automatically opens. Materials can be fed in manually, by small transfer vehicles, or through belt conveyors.
During the feeding process, the humidity sensor inside the bin continuously monitors the moisture content of the garbage. When it exceeds 60%, an automatic alert is triggered.
When the single feeding volume reaches one-third of the bin's capacity, the disposal door automatically closes, initiating the pre-compression program.
3. Compression and Dewatering
The compaction push plate moves forward at a low speed.
The water-filtering holes on the push plate cooperate with the filter screen at the bottom of the container to initially separate the free-state leachate.
The leachate flows through the diversion channel into the collection box, completing the first solid-liquid separation.
4. Main compression molding
The push plate switches to the high-speed mode and continues to compress.
During the compression process, the pressure sensor provides real-time feedback on the resistance value. When the resistance reaches the set threshold, the compression stops.
The volume of the garbage is compressed to 1/3 - 1/5 of its original size, forming a high-density garbage block.
5. Discharge transfer process
The compressor is lifted to the height where it can connect with the garbage truck through the lifting mechanism, and then transported to the landfill.
