Product Advantage

Underground Garbage Compactor adopts an internationally advanced fully enclosed floor-standing layout, integrating the functions of a garbage compression station and garbage classification. It meets the current national requirements for garbage classification and the collection and transportation of large-sized garbage.

Its appearance is beautiful and it has good concealment. Garbage disposal is convenient and efficient, without the need for building construction and saving infrastructure investment. Its structure includes an elevation system, compression box, four-category collection bucket platform, power unit, deodorization system, drainage system, equipment foundation system, etc.

The cover on the elevation platform of this equipment can provide marble, lawn, or colored plastic, etc., corresponding to the surrounding environment according to customer needs, and coexist harmoniously with the surrounding environment.

The volume of the compression box has various options such as 8 cubic, 10 cubic, 12 cubic, 16 cubic, and 18 cubic, which can meet different customer needs.

The accompanying vehicles are the existing dumpable garbage trucks of the sanitation department, and basically do not require separate purchase.

Underground Garbage Transfer Station

This is the most crucial application scenario. In areas with scarce ground space, such as urban centers and high-density residential areas, underground garbage transfer stations will be constructed. The compactor is installed in the underground operation area, where the collected domestic and commercial garbage is compressed and reduced in size. Then, it is transported to the final processing plant. This model can avoid the noise and unpleasant odors from ground-based transfer stations, and at the same time, save ground space.


Large-scale underground commercial complexes / shopping centers

The underground floors of large shopping malls and complexes generate a large amount of packaging waste, catering waste and household waste. By setting up a garbage disposal room underground and equipping it with a compactor, the garbage can be compressed on-site, reducing the transfer process of garbage on the ground and avoiding pollution to the shopping mall environment and passenger flow channels during the garbage transportation process.


Underground transportation hubs

At subway stations, underground high-speed railway stations, and underground passenger hubs, there is an extremely high volume of passenger flow, which continuously generates domestic waste such as food packaging and tissues. Equipping underground garbage compaction machines can achieve sealed compression treatment of garbage, avoiding the spread of garbage odors and affecting the use of the venues.


 Run Process

The equipment is usually placed underground. According to the customer's requirements, various types of loading ports such as garbage classification discharge ports, bucket flipping devices, and large-item garbage opening devices can be selected. This makes it convenient for garbage collection vehicles and cleaning staff to dump the garbage.

The interior of the box is equipped with a compression device, which will compress the garbage inside the box.

When the box is full of garbage, the system will give a prompt, activate the lifting system, raise the equipment to the ground level, and then use the removable garbage truck in the compartment to transport the compressed box to the garbage disposal center.

After dumping the garbage, transport the compressed box to the lowering platform, and then the entire lowering platform will fall underground.
