Box placement stage:
The garbage bin is placed independently on the hardened ground. It is in contact with the ground through the bottom slide rails to maintain stability.
The discharge opening is open to receive the garbage. When it is full, the discharge opening is closed and it waits for collection.
Hook arm vehicle docking stage:
The hook arm vehicle backs up to the front end of the container, the hydraulic hook arm lowers, and the hook precisely inserts into the front lifting lug of the container.
The hydraulic system is activated, the hook arm pulls the container along the slide rail upward and slides it into the frame, while automatically locking in place.
Transportation stage:
The box is perfectly fitted to the frame, and dual locking mechanisms ensure transportation safety. The sealed structure prevents garbage spillage and odor diffusion.
The anti-surge boards inside the box reduce the shaking of garbage, thereby lowering transportation energy consumption and wear on the box.
Dumping stage:
After reaching the disposal site, the hydraulic system lifts the boom, the box tilts at an angle of 45-60 degrees, the tailgate automatically unlocks, and the garbage is discharged by gravity.
After the dumping is completed, the boom is reset and the empty box is sent back to the original collection point or transported to other collection points.
