Split Garbage Compactor is a device commonly used in garbage disposal. Through the design of separating the "compression host" and the "garbage bin", it can achieve functions such as garbage volume reduction and improved transfer efficiency.

The core advantage of the split design lies in "fixing the main unit and rotating the garbage bins". When one garbage bin is completely filled, it can be directly transported away by a special vehicle. At the same time, a new empty bin can be quickly replaced. The compression unit can continue to operate without stopping. This "non-stop bin replacement" mode completely solves the problem of the integrated compressor needing to stop the entire machine for cleaning and transportation, significantly increasing the daily garbage processing capacity.  Product Operate Guide

1. Waste Collection and Unloading: Sanitation collection vehicles transport waste scattered across various areas to transfer stations. Using unloading platforms or specialized unloading devices, the waste is poured into the feed hopper of the compactor, completing the initial waste collection.


2. Waste Compaction: Waste enters the compactor from the feed hopper. A hydraulic system drives the press head to forcefully compact the waste, significantly reducing its volume and solidifying it to prevent leakage during transportation.


3. Container Loading: Compacted waste is continuously pushed into modular waste containers until the containers reach their rated loading capacity. The core advantage of the modular design is the separation of the compactor and the container; multiple containers can be reused, ensuring operational continuity.


4. Container Transfer: Fully loaded containers are moved to a storage area for temporary storage via a rail transfer system or trackless tractor, or directly docked with large transfer vehicles.


Finally, the transfer vehicles transport the containers to the waste treatment terminal.


5. Circular Operation: Empty containers are returned to the compression area to prepare for the next round of waste loading; the compression equipment is also reset and enters the next operation cycle, realizing the continuous operation of waste transfer.
