 Structural Composition

Underground mainframe enclosure (core support)

Material: Q345 high-strength wear-resistant steel

Structure: Rectangular enclosure, integrated compression chamber + storage chamber, with common volumes of 6m³/8m³/10m³, customizable from 12 to 20m³.

Sealing: Fully enclosed welding, silicone sealing strips. The feed inlet, discharge door, and lifting interface are all sealed to prevent odors and leakage of filtrate from spilling out.

Hook arm interface: The rear of the enclosure is equipped with standard hook arm lifting ears and locking devices, precisely matching the hook arm vehicle's lifting arm, with strong lifting capacity.


Ground feeding platform

Appearance: The ground only has the feeding hopper, operation panel and inspection opening. There is no tall structure. It can be integrated with greenery and paving, with zero visual pollution.

Feeding methods:

Manual feeding: Flip cover type feeding port, suitable for hand carts and trash cans for feeding.

Mechanical feeding: Optional dump bucket lifting machine for feeding, and connection with small collection vehicles for unloading.

Safety: The feeding port is equipped with infrared anti-collision + overload protection. In case of incorrect operation, it will automatically stop.


Hydraulic lifting system

Type: Four-column hydraulic lifting, synchronized lifting, smooth without vibration.

Power: High-pressure hydraulic pump station, lifting capacity 50–100 tons, can lift a full box to the ground within 45 seconds.

Travel: Lifting height 1.2–1.8 meters, precisely aligned with the height of the hook-arm vehicle compartment.

Locking: Automatic mechanical lock and hydraulic lock after lifting is in place, preventing sliding, ensuring safety throughout the transportation process.


Horizontal compression system

Compression method: Horizontal direct push type compression. The push head advances horizontally from front to back, with no dead corners, no rebound, and uniform compression.

Compression force: Compression ratio can reach 3:1 - 5:1.

Compression density: After compression, the density of the garbage is high, significantly reducing the number of transfer trips.

Push head material: Wear-resistant alloy steel, surface hardened treatment, wear-resistant life ≥ 50,000 compressions.

Circulating compression: Controlled by PLC for automatic circulating compression until the set density or weight is reached, then automatically stops and enters standby mode.


Hook arm docking and transfer system

Docking process:

When the box is full, an automatic alarm is triggered, the lifting mechanism is activated, the box rises to the ground, the hook arm vehicle reverses to align.

The hook arm vehicle extends the arm, hooks the box lifting lug, locks it, retracts the arm, and smoothly lifts the box onto the vehicle.

The entire process does not involve opening the box or exposing the contents, directly transferring it to the landfill without odor dispersion or leakage of filtrate.

Compatible vehicle types: Matches standard hook arm vehicles, has strong versatility and does not require customized vehicles.

Box interchange: One machine can be equipped with 2-3 spare boxes. Full boxes are lifted away, empty boxes are returned. The equipment operates continuously without stopping for waiting.

 Run Process

when the box body is full of garbage collection system will be prompted to start the lifting system,the equipment will be raised to the ground level,and then the compressed box body will be compressed with the compartments of the removable garbage truck to transport to the garbage disposal center; after the dumping of the garbage,the compressed box body will be transported back to the elevating platform,and then the platform as a whole fall into the ground.
