Feature Of Underground Trash Compression Equipment 

Reversed spatial layout: Over 90% of the functional components are located underground, while only the necessary operation interfaces are retained on the ground. The ground area is only one-third of that of traditional stations.


Fully enclosed operation: The entire process from garbage disposal to compression and temporary storage is completed within the underground sealed container. This fundamentally avoids garbage exposure and odor diffusion.


Intelligent integration: Equipped with intelligent systems such as full-bin sensing, automatic cleaning, and automatic collection of leachate. Some high-end models can also achieve remote monitoring.


 Workflow

Garbage Disposal: Residents or sanitation workers place the garbage into the equipment through the ground discharge ports.


Automatic Compression: When the amount of garbage reaches a certain level, the compression mechanism automatically activates and performs powerful horizontal or vertical compression on the garbage.


Wastewater Treatment: During the compression process, the leachate generated flows through the sewage pipes in the pit into the sewage well, and is then pumped by the sewage pump into the urban sewage network.


Full Box Lifting: When the box is full, the lifting mechanism lifts the box to the ground and aligns it with the garbage transfer vehicle.


Empty Box Reset: After the transfer is completed, the box falls back to its original underground position and continues to receive garbage.
