Operational Flow
Feeding and Compressing: The collection truck dumps the waste into the underground feeding hopper. Operators activate the compression mechanism via remote control or control panel. The pusher plate advances horizontally to compact the waste. After reaching maximum pressure, it holds for 10-20 seconds to reduce waste rebound. After the pusher plate retracts, feeding and compression can be repeated until the hopper is full.
Lifting and Docking: The lifting mechanism is activated. Using a synchronization valve, four lifting cylinders lift the compression hopper to a height matching the transfer vehicle. The transfer vehicle reverses into the station to complete the docking.
Waste Transfer: The front door is opened, and the compression mechanism is activated again. The pusher plate pushes the entire piece of waste into the transfer vehicle. After the pusher plate resets, the transfer vehicle closes its rear door and drives away.
Reset and Standby: The front door of the hopper is closed. The lifting mechanism lowers the hopper back into the underground pit, awaiting the next round of operations.
