The working cycle follows the four steps of "discharge → compression → storage → transportation", with a high degree of automation:
Garbage Disposal Stage
On the ground, only the garbage feeding port remains. The garbage is either discharged through the dump mechanism or directly poured into the compression chamber.
Once the sensor detects the presence of garbage, the compression process is automatically initiated without the need for manual intervention.
Compression reduction stage
The hydraulic system drives the compression head to move horizontally from back to front, performing multiple cycles of compression on the garbage, and discharging air and filtrate.
During the compression process, the press head has its own crushing function, which can handle large pieces of garbage and improve the compression efficiency.
The compression force is adaptively adjusted to prevent hard garbage from damaging the equipment.
Full Box Processing Stage
When the garbage reaches the set capacity (detected by displacement sensors or pressure sensors), the system issues a full box alarm and stops the compression process.
The operator activates the lifting system via the remote control, raising the compression box to the ground.
The transfer vehicle aligns with the compression box, which is then fixed by the locking mechanism. It can be transported as a whole or separated for transportation.
