Landing mode
Loading stage: Garbage is fed into the compression chamber through the loading port, and the level sensor continuously monitors the filling height.
Compression and reduction: The PLC triggers the main cylinder, and the push plate horizontally presses the garbage. Once the pressure reaches the set value, it automatically retracts; the process is repeated for continuous compression until the box is full.
Lifting and discharging: After the box is full, the lifting mechanism raises the box to the ground, and the hydraulic system opens the discharge door. The push plate then pushes the compressed garbage blocks into the transfer vehicle; after discharging, it returns to its original position, and the sewage is discharged and the system is flushed, before entering the next cycle.
The waste compactors are extremely durable as all hydraulic and electrical parts are completely isolated from the press chamber. Their factory-tested water proof design effectively eliminates effluent seepage and minimizes odors. Waste management system as standard, enabling integration to Fleet Management system. The system provides insights on asset data and tools for streamlined fleet management.
Volume matching: Select 6-20m³ based on the daily garbage volume. For a daily average of 5 tons, choose 10m³; for more than 10 tons, choose 15-20m³ or dual containers.
Compression force selection: For household waste, choose 55 tons; for food/clean water waste, choose 63 tons; for industrial solid waste, choose 80-100 tons.
Lifting method: Hydraulic lifting mode, smooth and safe.
Environmental protection configuration: Must include sewage collection + high-pressure flushing. In areas with sensitive odor, add spray deodorization.
Control mode: Standard configuration includes PLC + remote control.
