Compression stage: After the garbage is input, the hydraulic system drives the press head to compact the loose garbage, reducing its volume by 60%-75% and increasing its density to 0.7-0.9 t/m³.
Storage stage: After compression, the garbage is sealed in an underground container to prevent odor diffusion and mosquito and fly breeding.
Transportation stage: The container is lifted to the ground by the lifting mechanism and seamlessly connected to the garbage transfer vehicle to achieve fully enclosed transportation.
Environmental treatment: The filtrate generated during compression is collected through a dedicated pipeline and treated before being discharged into the municipal sewage network; the odors are collected and purified through a negative pressure system.
