Working Principle

The garbage collection vehicle pours loose garbage into the top hopper

The feeding door automatically closes, creating a sealed compression environment to prevent odors from escaping


Vertical compression stage

The hydraulic system drives the press head to compress the garbage multiple times from top to bottom.

The compression force is gradually increased to the rated value, and air and filtrate are squeezed out.

The filtrate flows through the diversion channel into the dedicated collection box, and the dehydration rate can reach 30-40%.

The density of the garbage increases, and the compression ratio reaches 3:1.
