The vertical waste compression station operates based on a dual-action mechanism of gravity assistance and hydraulic drive. The working process is as follows:
Garbage Disposal: The collection vehicle will pour the bulk garbage from the top into the compression chamber or the vertically placed container.
Compression Process: The hydraulic system drives the press head to apply vertical pressure from top to bottom, generating a high pressure of 100-600 tons.
Dehydration Treatment: During compression, approximately 20% of the water in the garbage is squeezed out and collected and processed centrally through the bottom drainage system.
Circular Operation: The press head rises to reset, continues to receive new garbage, and repeats the compression process until the container is full.
Transport Preparation: After being filled, the container is turned to a horizontal position and transported in a sealed manner by a dedicated vehicle to the landfill, incineration plant, or treatment center.
