Working Principle

Waste Feeding: Waste is loaded from the top hopper and falls into the compression chamber under gravity.


Vertical Compression: A hydraulically driven piston compresses the loose waste downwards, forming high-density blocks, and utilizes gravity to improve compression efficiency.


Storage and Transfer: The compressed waste blocks are pushed into a sealed storage bin. Once the bin is full, it rises to the ground, and a pusher plate transfers the waste to a sealed garbage truck.


Environmental Treatment: Wastewater generated during compression is collected through dedicated pipelines and discharged into the municipal sewage system. Simultaneously, spray deodorization technology is used to suppress odors.



Structural Composition

Main Structure: 16Mn high-strength steel frame (thickness ≥10mm), equipped with three hydraulic cylinders and four guide columns to ensure precision.


Hydraulic System: Employs industrial-grade oil pumps, cylinders, and valve assemblies to ensure stable pressure output.


Control System: PLC controller with a touchscreen interface, supporting remote fault diagnosis and data monitoring.


Environmental Protection System: Integrates wastewater collection, spray deodorization, and noise reduction (≤75dB) functions.


Safety System: Multiple interlocking protections and fall arrestors effectively prevent operational risks.



 Run Process

Feeding: Garbage is dumped into the compression chamber inside the pit;

Compression: A hydraulic press head repeatedly compacts the garbage from top to bottom, simultaneously discharging leachate into the municipal sewage network;

Storage: After being compressed into high-density garbage blocks, the garbage is conveyed into a storage bin by a pushing mechanism;

Transfer: The storage bin connects to a garbage transfer truck, pushing the garbage blocks into the enclosed compartment to complete the transfer;

Cleaning: After the operation, automatic spray deodorization and equipment cleaning are performed, ensuring a completely sealed and leak-free process.
