 Working Principle

Material loading preparation: Operate the material hopper lifting mechanism to lower the lifting hopper and align it with the garbage collection vehicle or the manual loading port.


Garbage input: The garbage enters the compression chamber through the hopper. The hopper can automatically sense the height of the garbage to prevent overflow.


Compression operation:

The hydraulic system is activated, driving the compression head to perform horizontal reciprocating motion to compress the garbage.

The first compression pushes the garbage into the storage box. Subsequent garbage is continuously added, and the push head works in a cycle, gradually compacting the garbage.

During the compression process, the leachate in the garbage flows through the bottom diversion channel into the collection box, achieving solid-liquid separation.


Full-box detection: Using position sensors or pressure sensors to detect whether the box is full. Once the box is full, an automatic alarm will be triggered to give a prompt.


Transportation preparation: Close the hopper, lock the rear door, and ensure that the box is completely sealed.


Overall transportation: The special boom truck connects to the container and lifts the entire compression station to the waste treatment plant.
