The Mobile Garbage Compactor for Hook Lift Transport is a highly integrated garbage handling equipment that can be lifted and transported as a whole by a hook lift truck. It integrates four functions: garbage collection, compression reduction, sealed storage, and convenient transfer. It is used in conjunction with the Hook Lift truck to form an efficient "one-truck multiple-box" transfer mode. Basic working cycle
Loading stage: Operators pour the garbage into the hopper, or the garbage in the trash can is automatically discharged by the flipping frame.
Compression stage: The PLC control system activates the compression cylinder, the pusher moves forward, compresses the garbage and pushes it to the bottom of the box, and the leachate is collected through the diversion channel.
Storage stage: The garbage continues to be compressed until the box is full. The system emits a full-box signal, and the compression stops automatically.
Transit stage: The hook lift truck connects to the box, lifts the fully loaded equipment and transports it to the transport vehicle, and transports it in a sealed manner to the treatment site.
Discharging stage: After reaching the treatment site, the hook arm vehicle places the box, the rear door automatically opens, and the compression pusher pushes the compressed garbage out as a whole.
Reset stage: After the discharging is completed, the pusher resets, the rear door closes, and the box waits to be used again.
Key points for hook lift truck docking operation
Place the empty container: The hook lift truck should place the empty compressed container on a flat surface to ensure its stability
Docking preparation: After the container is filled with garbage, the hook-arm vehicle should reverse to the front of the container and extend the hydraulic legs to stabilize the vehicle body
Hook and connect: Extend the hook arm and precisely hook the pull ring of the container, then start the locking device
Lift and load onto the vehicle: Contract the hook arm, smoothly pull the container onto the vehicle chassis, lock the cross lock of the container, and retract the legs
Transport safety: Keep the container sealed throughout the process to avoid garbage spillage and leakage of filtrate
