Garbage feeding stage
Place the garbage, bulk garbage, and food waste into the feeding hopper of the equipment;
When the equipment senses the feeding, the hydraulic cover automatically drops to seal, preventing the leakage of garbage odors and blocking the entry of rainwater and debris into the box;
The safety interlock device is activated simultaneously: When the cover is not fully closed, the compression system cannot be started, ensuring the safety of the operation.
Hydraulic force compression stage
The electronic control system is activated, and the drive motor drives the hydraulic oil pump to operate. The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic tank is filtered and pressure-regulated before entering the hydraulic valve group;
The control valve group precisely distributes the oil path. High-pressure hydraulic oil enters the compression main cylinder, pushing the compression push plate to move forward smoothly along the high-strength guide rail;
The push plate forcibly pushes the garbage in the feeding hopper into the sealed storage box, performing horizontal strong compression on the garbage and squeezing the loose garbage into a compact state;
When the set pressure threshold is reached, the hydraulic system automatically maintains pressure and stabilizes pressure to prevent the garbage from rebounding; then the oil path changes, and the oil cylinder drives the push plate to automatically return to the initial position, waiting for the next feeding and compression.
The process of feeding, compression, and return is repeated cyclically, and the garbage is layer by layer compressed and accumulated inside the box.
Automatic warning and locking for full container
A garbage level sensor is installed inside the container. When the garbage is compressed to fill the entire container volume, the sensor triggers a signal;
The equipment emits an audible and visual full-container alarm, and simultaneously locks the compression function, prohibiting further feeding operations;
The rear door of the container maintains a multi-point hydraulic locking seal state, ensuring no gaps throughout the process, preventing garbage from falling during transportation, odor leakage, and leakage of filtrate.
Overall hoisting and transfer
The boom-type garbage transfer vehicle arrives at the site and connects with the boom connection mechanism of the equipment;
Using the mechanical pulling force of the boom vehicle, the entire mobile compression station is hoisted and towed onto the vehicle body at one time;
The entire container is locked in a sealed state throughout the process, without the need to open the container or transfer it, and is directly transported to the garbage disposal plant.
Automatic unloading principle at the station
After being transferred to the processing site, the boom truck lowers the compression box and fixes it;
The operator starts the unloading mode, and after the hydraulic system is unlocked, the box door opens, and the rear door automatically fully opens;
The compression push plate pushes forward again, and the entire solid piece of garbage压实 in the box is pushed out and unloaded at one time;
After unloading is completed, the push plate returns to its original position, and the rear door automatically closes and locks, allowing the equipment to return to its original position for reuse.
