 Run Process

Garbage collection stage

Multiple feeding methods are compatible: Supports manual carts, three-wheel dump trucks, small compression trucks and other front-end collection tools for unloading.

The oversized feeding port design facilitates quick dumping and reduces waiting time.

The feeding door automatically senses opening or closing to prevent odor leakage and mosquito and fly breeding.


Horizontal compression process

The compression mechanism consists of a push plate, an oil cylinder, and a support frame. It is powered by a hydraulic system to provide strong thrust.

The push plate moves back and forth horizontally, compressing the loose garbage layer by layer. The squeezed wastewater flows through the drainage holes at the bottom of the box into the drainage channel in the pit, and finally enters the sewage collection tank for treatment before being discharged.

The compression ratio is as high as 1:3, allowing each cubic meter of the box to accommodate 3-4 times the volume of loose garbage, significantly enhancing the storage capacity.

The single compression cycle takes only 45 seconds, with efficiency far exceeding that of traditional compression equipment.


Sealed storage stage

The design of a fully enclosed container ensures that the garbage remains in a sealed space throughout the process, effectively isolating odors, sewage, and the external environment.

The underground constant-temperature environment slows down the decomposition of the garbage, reduces the generation of odors, and inhibits the reproduction of bacteria.

The intelligent liquid level monitoring system continuously monitors the sewage collection situation and automatically starts the sewage pump to prevent the overflow of sewage.


Automatic transfer process

When the container waste reaches the set capacity, the system automatically issues a full container alarm.

The lifting mechanism is activated, and the entire compressed container is smoothly lifted from the ground to the surface.

Align with the waste transfer vehicle and achieve precise docking.

The hydraulic push plate pushes the compressed and formed waste block into the compartment of the transfer vehicle at one time.

After the unloading is completed, the container automatically resets to the underground pit, closes the feeding door, and enters the next round of operation cycle.

Equipment hoisting: Use a crane to smoothly place the box into the foundation pit and fix the anchor bolts.
