The Vertical Garbage Compression Station is a new type of equipment developed by our company based on the actual situation of domestic sanitation equipment and combined with many years of experience in waste compressor production. The main function of the Vertical Garbage Compression Station is to compress and reduce the volume of domestic waste, thereby reducing waste transfer costs and primary pollution during waste treatment. The Vertical Garbage Compression Station is suitable for the construction of small-scale waste transfer stations in residential areas. Compared with other vertical waste compression equipment, it has lower construction requirements and lower civil engineering costs.

Compressor Performance: The compressor boasts high compression force, achieving a waste material density exceeding 0.95 t/m³ after compression, and effectively dehydrates the material.


Connection Advantages: The compressor head and compression cylinder are connected via a ball joint, allowing the compressor head to freely deflect within a certain range. When waste material compression is uneven, the compression cylinder is not subjected to unloading force, effectively protecting it.


Integrated Enclosed Structure: An integrated box structure integrates the compression chamber, storage chamber, and pushing mechanism, completely buried underground. This improves the equipment's operating efficiency and reliability, achieving enclosed operation during waste material compression, which is beneficial for environmental protection and meets the requirements for automated operation.


Powerful Operability: A combination of automatic and manual control provides excellent operability.


Hydraulic System: The hydraulic and electrical systems offer superior performance, with all key components sourced from internationally renowned brands.


Head Advantages: Utilizing advanced sliding head compression technology, the equipment height is significantly reduced, thereby lowering the height requirements of the building and reducing civil engineering costs.


Small footprint: Apart from the compressor, pump station and dust suppression water tank, there is no other equipment in the working area, which makes sewage discharge and deodorization more convenient and greatly improves the working environment.

 Features

Compact Structure: Highly integrated equipment, can be designed as above-ground or semi-underground, offering flexible installation to adapt to various site conditions.


High Degree of Automation: Automated operation of waste input, compression, and discharge via a PLC control system, reducing manual intervention and labor intensity.


Comprehensive Safety Protection: Equipped with infrared sensors, emergency stop buttons, and other protective devices to prevent personnel or foreign objects from accidentally entering the compression chamber, ensuring operational safety.


 Run Process

Waste Input: Loose waste is poured into the vertical compression chamber through the inlet. The inlet door is closed after input.


Vertical Compression: The hydraulic system drives the vertical pressure head at the top to move downwards, applying high pressure to the waste inside the chamber, squeezing out air and some leachate (leachate flows into a dedicated collection box).


Waste Storage: The compressed waste blocks fall into the sealed storage bin below, awaiting transfer. For continuous operation, the "input-compression" steps can be repeated until the storage bin is full.


Transfer and Discharge: A dedicated waste transfer truck docks with the storage bin, and a hydraulic device pushes the compressed waste blocks into the truck, completing the transfer.
