Run Process
1.Waste Collection
Garbage trucks dump loose waste into the feeding inlet of the underground equipment, which then enters the compression chamber.
2.Waste Compression
A hydraulic pusher compresses the waste horizontally, compacting it (compression ratio typically 2-3:1), and pushes it into the storage chamber.
3.Multiple Compressions
The “collection-compression” process is repeated until the storage chamber is full of compacted waste.
4.Lifting and Docking
The equipment uses a hydraulic lifting frame to raise the compression chamber above ground and dock it with the garbage truck.
5.Loading and Resetting
The pusher pushes the waste blocks into the truck bed, and then the compression chamber returns to the ground, awaiting the next round of operation.
