The Underground Garbage Collection Station is primarily used for the storage and containerized transportation of municipal waste. It is a commonly used sanitation storage and transportation device. Usage and Operation
I. Precautions Before Operation:
1. Before operation, turn on the power switch of the distribution box and check that the hydraulic oil in the tank is within the operating range.
2. During lifting and lowering, no one should stand or obstruct the area to ensure personal and equipment safety.
3. Before operation, check the waste composition in the container. If the container contains more than 30% construction waste, do not start the machine to avoid overloading and damage to the equipment.
II. Operation Procedure:
1. Press the power start button to start the oil pump.
2. Pull the lift handle to the up position. The lift arm will rise with the heavy waste container and stop at its highest position.
3. With the pallet in the empty position, reverse the vehicle carrying the empty container to the center of the pallet. Operate the lift arm to lower it until the eye on the cantilever beam can hook onto the empty container's lifting shaft. Raise the lift arm to its highest position and drive the vehicle out.
4. Operate the gear motor handle to move the pallet to the loaded container position and stop.
5. Drive the vehicle back to the center of the pallet, as shown in Figure 2. Operate the lift handle to the down position until the loaded container can be placed on the vehicle and the lifting rings can be removed. Remove the four lifting rings, raise the boom to its highest position, hook the chain on the vehicle's front deck to the container's front lifting axle, and drive away.
6. Push the lift handle to the down position, and the equipment, along with the empty container, will drop into the ground.
7. Press the stop button, turn off the power, and lock the pump station control panel. Repeat this cycle.
