Working Process

Garbage Disposal Phase

Residents open the cover plate through the ground disposal opening

Put the classified garbage into the corresponding bins

After disposal, the cover plate automatically closes to ensure sealing and prevent the spread of odors

Storage stage

The garbage naturally accumulates in the underground container without any compression process.

The leachate flows through the drainage channels at the bottom of the container into the collection tank and is regularly discharged by the sewage pump.

The overflow sensor continuously monitors the height of the garbage. When it reaches the set value, an alarm is triggered automatically, notifying the removal of the garbage.

Clearing stage

The sanitation workers arrive at the site and select the containers to be cleared through the operation panel.

The hydraulic system is activated, and the corresponding containers are smoothly lifted to the ground.

The rear door of the container is opened, and the garbage is directly transported by the grab truck / dump truck.

It is also possible to simultaneously rinse and disinfect the empty containers.

Resetting stage

After the clearance operation is completed, the box body descends to the underground pit and automatically aligns with the sealing position.
