Skip Container is a large, open-topped trash container designed to be loaded onto a specialized type of truck called a tipper truck. Typically, a Skip Container has a distinctive shape: its longitudinal cross-section is either a single trapezoid or two stacked trapezoids. The lower trapezoid has a smaller bottom edge and a longer top edge. The smaller edges at each end are lowered for easier loading. An upper trapezoid has a smaller top edge. The Skip Container has a sloped bottom or sidewalls at each end. Two lugs on each side of the dump truck typically allow for chain attachment, allowing the heavy dump truck to be lifted onto or off a dump truck. A specialized dump truck or crane is used.

4.Mobile skip bins are usually set on a trailer with four wheels. A lifting mechanism is used to load and unload the skip from the trailer. Normal sizes used are 3m³, 4 m³, and 6 m³. However, sizes ranging from 8 m³, 10 m³, and 12 m³ are also available for larger waste management jobs.
