Single-box Garbage Collection Station is a sanitation facility that buries the main body of the waste collection container underground. Its core functions are centralized collection, sealed storage, and volume reduction of waste, effectively solving problems such as large footprint and odor diffusion associated with traditional waste stations. Single-box Garbage Collection Station mainly consists of an underground sealed container, a hydraulic lifting system, and a ground-level operating platform. Its core design places the waste storage space underground, leaving only the feeding port and control panel on the ground, achieving an "underground storage, ground-level operation" model. It is commonly found in densely populated areas with limited land resources.

Product Advantage
Space-saving: Occupying only 5-10 square meters (approximately the size of one parking space), far smaller than traditional above-ground garbage stations, it is suitable for space-constrained areas such as urban core areas and older residential communities.
Environmentally friendly: The fully sealed design reduces odor diffusion and rainwater infiltration, avoiding the "dirty, messy, and smelly" problems caused by open garbage dumps, and minimizing the impact on the lives of surrounding residents.
Enhanced safety: No large garbage piles on the ground reduce the risk of children accidentally touching the garbage or stray animals rummaging through it, while also reducing dust pollution during garbage collection.
Increased efficiency: Some models are equipped with a compression device, reducing the frequency of collection and lowering sanitation operation costs.
Features
Buried Structure: The main body of the container is buried 2-3 meters deep, leaving only the feeding port and control room above ground, thus not occupying surface space.
Fully Sealed Design: Sealing strips are used at the interface between the container and the ground, as well as at the feeding port, effectively isolating odors, wastewater, and insects.
High Degree of Automation: Container lifting and compression (in some models) are completed using a hydraulic system, eliminating the need for manual waste handling.
Technical Parameters
Compression Type | Vertical compression |
Bin Capacity(m³) | 6m³-20m³ (Professional customization) |
Height of Hook (mm) | Customize height |
Density of Garbage Compactor(kg/m³) | 750kg/m³ |
Cycle Time of Compression(s) | 45s |
Operating Mode | Automatic; manual |
Color | Customizable colors |
Material | Corrosion-resistant manganese steel |
Power | Hydraulic/Chain (Customize) |
Lifting Mode | vertical |
Working Principle
Power Drive: The core power source is a hydraulic system. An electric motor drives a hydraulic pump, generating high-pressure oil to actuate the hydraulic cylinders.
Lifting Control: When collection is needed, the hydraulic cylinders push the underground container up to the ground level to connect with the garbage truck. After collection, the container lowers back down and seals.
Compression and Volume Reduction (for models equipped with a compression device): After garbage is placed in the container, a hydraulically driven compression plate squeezes the garbage horizontally or vertically, expelling internal air and reducing volume.
Sealing and Protection: When the top of the container is flush with the ground, the sealing door automatically closes. A wastewater collection tank is also provided to prevent leachate from seeping into the soil.
Scope of Application
Urban Residential Areas: Especially older and high-density residential communities, addressing the issues of land occupation and noise pollution from surface garbage stations.
Commercial Core Areas: Such as the areas surrounding shopping malls and office buildings, maintaining a clean and tidy environment that meets the image requirements of commercial areas.
Public Places: Including parks, scenic spots, hospitals, schools, and other areas with high requirements for environmental cleanliness and safety.
Roadsides: Along some main urban roads, replacing traditional open-air garbage collection points, reducing road dust and odors.
