Operation Process
I. Pre-start Inspection
Check that the equipment exterior is free of leaks, control panel indicator lights are functioning normally, and there are no obstructions in the surrounding area.
Operators should wear gloves and non-slip shoes, and ensure that no flammable or explosive materials have entered the work area.
II. Feeding and Compressing
Start the equipment and wait for the hydraulic system to be ready.
Continuously feed in garbage, avoiding large, hard objects, and start the compression function until the garbage is compacted.
If any abnormal noise is heard during compression, stop the machine and investigate.
III. Locking and Transfer
After compaction, turn off the compression function and lock the garbage bin door to prevent leakage.
Tow or drive the equipment to the designated unloading point, operating smoothly during the journey.
IV. Unloading Operation
Bring the equipment to a complete stop at the unloading point, engage the handbrake, and start the unloading procedure to push out the garbage.
After confirming that there is no residue in the bin, close the bin door.
V. Cleaning
Simply rinse the equipment surface and any remaining garbage inside the bin.
