The Mobile Trash Compaction Station, also known as the Mobile Garbage Compressor or Integrated Mobile Garbage Compaction Box, is an independent solid waste management system that can be installed on trucks or trailers. It integrates garbage collection, compression, storage, and sealed transportation, and does not require a permanent foundation.  Working principle 

Loading: The small collection vehicle pours the garbage into the hopper, and the lifting mechanism flips the hopper, allowing the garbage to enter the compression chamber.


Compression: The hydraulic system drives the compression head to repeatedly squeeze the garbage, reducing its volume and increasing its density. The wastewater is discharged through the bottom drainage outlet.


Storage and Transportation: When the box is fully loaded, the boom truck lifts the box onto the transportation vehicle and transports it to the treatment plant; it supports "box separation", allowing empty boxes to be quickly replaced for continued operation.


Discharging: After arriving at the treatment plant, the hydraulic control opens the rear door, the compression head pushes out the garbage, completing the discharge, and then returns to the cycle of use.


Structural composition

The entire machine is composed of the box assembly, the compression mechanism, the feeding system, the hydraulic system, the electrical control system, the sealing and safety devices, and other core components.

Box assembly: The entire box is welded with high-strength weather-resistant steel, including the storage compartment and the rear door. The rear door is equipped with a liquid-controlled dual locking hook and sealing device to prevent leakage during transportation. A sewage outlet is set at the bottom to achieve solid-liquid separation and prevent sewage from seeping out.


Compression mechanism: The core components are the compression head and the compression cylinder. It repeatedly squeezes the garbage through horizontal movement to increase its density.


Loading system: Bucket + lifting mechanism, capable of performing automatic loading in bucket-style or bucket-shaped manner, suitable for discharging from small collection vehicles, and some models come with automatic buffering to prevent impact.


Hydraulic system: Includes hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, control valves, etc. It mostly adopts load-sensitive variable system. The single pump operates with energy saving when unloaded and boosts pressure with dual pumps when under load. Some are equipped with forced air cooling and temperature control.

Electrical control system: Mainly controlled by PLC. It can perform manual/automatic cycle operations. Equipped with sensors, emergency stop, power lock and other safety devices.


Sealing and environmental protection device: Fully enclosed structure + odor removal component. During compression and transportation, there is no spillage or odor diffusion. Wastewater is collected and treated centrally.
