Operation Process
Step 1 : Load the garbage Open the feeding port and manually or via the conveyor belt feed the loose garbage to the full-load line(indicated by the sensor).
Step 2 : Start compression Select the automatic mode: The sensor triggers the pressure head to press down, and this cycle repeats multiple times until the preset pressure or volume is reached. Manual mode: Set the compression times or pressure threshold through the control panel.
Step 3 : Remove the garbage blocks After the compression is completed, the gate at the bottom of the box opens, pushing out the lumps of garbage into the transfer container.
Step 4 : Cleaning and Maintenance The cavity is flushed with a high-pressure water gun to clean up the residues. Check the hydraulic oil level and the condition of the sealing ring.
