Double Box Rubbish Station is a modern sanitation equipment featuring a "main unit + two movable storage boxes" modular design. Turnaround box for garbage: The core storage and transportation unit, which can be transported independently from the main unit. It is made of high-strength steel plates and has a fully enclosed design, used for centralized storage of garbage.

Save land resources: The occupied area is only 40-60 square meters, which is 1/3-1/2 of that of traditional fixed garbage stations.  Working Principle 

Preparation stage: Transport the first box using the hook-arm vehicle to the side of the main machine. The main machine is then moved horizontally and combined with the box through the hydraulic locking device. Ensure that the loading port and the opening of the box are perfectly aligned without any gaps.


Garbage collection and storage: The front-end collection vehicle uses the loading mechanism to directly dump the garbage into the connected storage box. The garbage naturally accumulates and is stored in the box without the need for compression processing.


Full-box detection and alert: The turnover box is equipped with a liquid level sensor. When the garbage accumulation height reaches 85%-90% of the box volume, the system automatically triggers an audible and visual alarm, alerting the operator to switch the box.

Box separation and transfer: The hook-arm garbage truck enters the operation area, uses the hydraulic hook arm to connect the lifting ears of the full-box, unlocks the locking device between the main unit and the box, and directly transports the full-box garbage to the garbage treatment plant.


Cyclic operation: While the full container is being transferred, the boom truck will transport the second spare empty transfer box to the main unit. The main unit will quickly move into place for docking and locking, immediately resuming the garbage collection and storage operation. There is no downtime or waiting time throughout the process.


Emptying and reusing of the container: After the full container of garbage is transported to the end-of-line processing plant, the garbage inside the container is completely dumped using the hydraulic system of the telescopic arm vehicle. The empty container is then simply cleaned and returned to the garbage station to continue the recycling process.
