Double Box Garbage Station is a fixed-type garbage collection facility composed of two independent sealed garbage bins. It is specifically designed for the classification collection and temporary storage of household garbage. It does not come equipped with any garbage compression equipment. It relies solely on the self-weight of the garbage for accumulation and is transported by garbage trucks.

Product Core structure 

Double-box design: Two independent sealed garbage storage containers, usually in sizes ranging from 2 to 10 cubic meters, can separately collect different types of garbage.


Disposal ports: Multiple disposal doors / ports are provided on the side or top of the box, facilitating the disposal of garbage by residents or sanitation workers.


Sealing system: Both the rear door and the feeding port adopt a fully sealed design, equipped with thickened sealing strips to prevent garbage from being left behind and odors from escaping.


Sewage collection device: At the bottom of the box, there is a seepage liquid collection tank and an emission valve to prevent sewage from leaking and polluting the environment.


Hook arm connection mechanism: At the front end of the box, there is a connection point matching the hook arm vehicle, facilitating the hoisting and transfer by the hook arm vehicle.


Support structure: The bottom of the box is equipped with rollers or fixed supports to facilitate movement or fixed placement.

 Working Principle 

Garbage Disposal: Place the classified garbage into the two boxes through the disposal opening. The garbage will naturally accumulate due to its own gravity without any compression process.


Full Box Monitoring: Monitor the filling status of the box through manual observation or sensors.


Box Transportation: When the box is full, the garbage truck drives to the garbage station. Through the hydraulic system, the boom arm is controlled to hook the connection point of the box and lift the box onto the vehicle body.


Garbage dumping: The garbage truck transports the filled box to the garbage disposal plant. Through the hydraulic system, the box is tilted and the garbage is automatically dumped.


Empty Box Reset: After the dumping is completed,the garbage truck returns the empty box to the garbage station and places it back at its original position to continue collecting garbage.

 Applicable Scenarios 

Residential communities: Particularly suitable for mid-low-rise residences and small communities, meeting the requirements for garbage sorting collection, and without generating compressive noise.

Townships and rural areas: The amount of garbage generated is relatively small, and the maintenance capacity is limited. The double-box non-compression design is easier to operate and manage.

Schools, hospitals, factories: Internal garbage collection points, with clear sorting collection requirements, and high environmental standards.

Commercial areas and public places: Such as parks, squares, and surrounding areas of small shopping malls, require aesthetically pleasing and easy-to-maintain garbage collection facilities.

Garbage sorting pilot areas: As the front-end facilities for sorting collection, helping residents develop sorting habits.


Advantages and Limitations

Advantages:

Double storage capacity: Compared to single-box design, the double-box design can accommodate more garbage and reduce the frequency of transfer vehicle trips

Strong continuity of operation: When one box is connected to the transfer vehicle, the other can normally receive garbage without interruption of the waste disposal process

Low maintenance cost: No compression mechanism is used, and the only failure point is the hydraulic lifting system. Daily maintenance only requires checking the hydraulic oil and seals

Good concealment: Only the waste disposal opening is exposed on the ground, which does not affect the surrounding landscape. The odor control effect is better than that of ground-based garbage stations

Limitations:

Low garbage storage density, low box capacity utilization rate

Relatively high transfer frequency, increasing transportation costs

Not suitable for areas with large garbage production and limited space

Unable to handle large, loose garbage, and may require additional crushing processing
