The workflow of the separate-type garbage compression station includes "compression - transportation - recycling"
Box positioning: The telescopic garbage truck places the empty box at the compression station, and the push-pull box mechanism pulls the box to the position where it aligns with the main unit. The box clamping device locks in place, and the lifting door mechanism raises the box gate.
Garbage loading: The garbage collection vehicle discharges the garbage into the compression chamber through the hopper or the second platform. Sensors detect the material level.
Continuous compression: The PLC starts the compression cylinder, and the push head pushes the garbage into the box; after the push head returns to its original position, more garbage is fed and compressed until the box is full.
Box sealing: After compression, the lifting door mechanism lowers the gate, the box clamping device releases, and the push-pull box mechanism pushes the full box to the transfer station.
Transfer and cycle: The telescopic vehicle transports the full box to the landfill, while another empty box is sent to the compression station at the same time, achieving continuous operation.
Environmental treatment: The wastewater generated during compression flows into the sewage well through the box drainage port, and is treated to meet the standards before being discharged; some equipment is equipped with an odor removal system to reduce the spread of odors.
