Efficient Operation Process
Garbage Loading: Placed through the loading port, it supports various loading methods such as garbage collection vehicles and conveyor belts, suitable for the diversity of industrial garbage;
Compression: The garbage is first compressed in the pre-pressure chamber, then repeatedly squeezed by the horizontal hydraulic push head, efficiently expelling air and filtrate, with a high compression ratio;
Container Transfer: When the container is full, it is quickly separated from the main unit, and directly lifted by the transfer vehicle to the treatment site. Empty containers are immediately replenished to achieve 24-hour continuous operation;
Environmental Treatment: Integrated with an independent collection tank for filtrate, negative pressure ventilation, and spray deodorization system, the entire process is sealed and pollution-free.
