Hopper: A garbage receiving container with a volume typically ranging from 3 to 5 cubic meters. It can be designed as a single-piece or separate unit and is equipped with an elevating mechanism.
Elevating / Reversing Mechanism: Hydraulically driven, it lifts / flips the garbage inside the hopper and pours it into the compression chamber, enabling garbage disposal without dropping it on the ground.
Compression System: Includes a compression head (often in a W-shaped design to prevent rebound), a high-pressure cylinder (pressure 18-25 MPa), and a compression chamber (made of wear-resistant steel plates).
Garbage Box: A storage container for compressed garbage, detachable from the compression main unit, facilitating transfer by a boom truck.
Hydraulic System: Provides power, with a working pressure of 18-25 megapascals, driving the elevating, compression, and material pushing actions.
Control System: PLC control, supporting automatic / manual operation, with functions such as fault alarm and compression cycle counting.

Loading stage: The garbage collection vehicle pours the garbage into the hopper. The hopper can move left and right to fit different vehicle models.
