 Core Structure Composition

Hopper and feeding mechanism

Large-capacity hopper, lifting device, leak-proof skirt, safety guardrail, made of high-strength wear-resistant steel plate. The hopper is inclined in design, with smooth inner wall to prevent sticking, and equipped with sealing strips to prevent leakage.

Functions: Receives bulk garbage, lifts the trash can/hopper through the lifting mechanism, discharges the garbage, guides the garbage into the compression chamber, preventing spillage and leakage of garbage.


Compression main unit

Compression head (push plate), compression chamber, guide rail. The compression head adopts an arc-shaped design, made of high-strength alloy steel, and its surface has been treated for wear resistance; the inner wall of the compression chamber is lined with wear-resistant lining plates.

Function: Performs garbage compression action, crushes large pieces of garbage, increases compaction density, and ensures uniform compression.


Hydraulic power system

Hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic oil tank, cooler, filter, control valve group. High-pressure design, dual pump system for improved efficiency, equipped with forced air cooling system to prevent overheating

Functions: Provide powerful power for compression, control the forward/reverse movement of the compression head, lifting of the hopper, etc., achieve fast advance, compression, and holding pressure functions


Electrical control system

PLC controller, button operation panel, sensors, safety interlock device. Utilizing programmable logic control, it has both automatic and manual modes. Equipped with overload protection, emergency stop button, limit switch and other safety devices.

Functions: Control the operation process of equipment, monitor the system status, ensure operational safety, and achieve automatic operation.


Box body and sealing system

Garbage storage box, rear door assembly, locking mechanism, sealing strip. The box body is made of high-strength weather-resistant steel plate and is welded as a whole. The rear door is equipped with a double-sealing structure. The locking mechanism is driven by hydraulic power to ensure reliable sealing.

Function: Stores compressed garbage, prevents garbage leakage and odor diffusion, and ensures sealing during transportation.


Chassis and walking mechanism

Walking wheels / legs, traction device. Utilizing heavy-duty steel structure, the walking wheels are equipped with wear-resistant tires, and the legs can be adjusted in height to adapt to different terrains.

Function: Supports the overall weight of the machine, provides mobility, and ensures stable operation of the equipment.


Safety and Assistance System

Warning lights, alarm devices, dust-proof and odor-removing devices, liquid level indicators, thermometers. Equipped with an audible and visual alarm system that interlocks with the operation; optional spray dust-reduction and activated carbon odor-removing devices.

Function: Ensures the safety of operators, improves the working environment, and monitors the operating status of the equipment.


Definition and Working Principle

Loading stage: The garbage is lifted into the hopper through manual operation, a small collection vehicle, or a trash bin lifting mechanism. The hopper lifting device then sends the garbage into the compression chamber inlet.


Pre-compression stage: The hydraulic system is activated, and the compression head moves rapidly, initially compressing the garbage and pushing it into the storage chamber, achieving preliminary volume reduction.


Main compression stage: After the compression head reaches the designated position, the system automatically switches to high-pressure mode, performing deep compression on the garbage. The compression ratio is high, and the loose garbage is compacted into a high-density block-like form.


Pressure retention and return stage: The compression head maintains the high-pressure state for a few seconds to ensure the stability of the garbage density. Then, the hydraulic system supplies oil in reverse, and the compression head quickly returns, preparing for the next round of compression.


Continuous operation: Repeat the above process until the storage box is full. The system automatically emits a full box signal.


Discharging stage: After unlocking the rear door through the hydraulic system, the compression head pushes the garbage out as a whole, or the entire box is transported to the transfer point through the traction device.
