Unloading: The loading arm vehicle will unload the empty Bucket Waste Compaction Station to the designated location.
Collection and compression of garbage: The cleaning staff will push the garbage to the side of the compactor and directly introduce it into the compression bin. Through the pusher in the compression head, the garbage is pushed into the box.
When the loading bin is 80% full, an automatic alarm will sound (the alarm light keeps flashing). The operator will operate the button to raise the loading device to the top of the compactor and place it there. Cut off all connections and prepare to lift the vehicle body.
Lifting: The loading arm vehicle lifts the fully loaded integrated garbage compactor bin.
Transfer: The loading arm vehicle locks the vehicle body and transports the fully loaded garbage vehicle to the garbage disposal site.
Disposal: The loading arm vehicle arrives at the garbage disposal site and disposes of the garbage by operating the control valve to open the rear door. It disposes the garbage in a dump truck manner. After the disposal, the operator closes and locks the rear door and completes the entire garbage disposal process in the driver's cabin. The empty vehicle body is unloaded to the designated location to collect the garbage.
