 Working Principle

By relying on gravity for discharging and hydraulic machinery for reduction: After the garbage is fed into the hopper, it slides down along the inclined surface into the sealed compression chamber due to its own weight. The hydraulic cylinder drives the push head to move forward at a constant speed, continuously pushing the loose garbage into the sealed container. Once the container space is filled, the garbage is continuously compressed, reaching the rated loading density. At this point, the equipment automatically alarms. The telescopic transfer vehicle arrives at the site, hooks the box and replaces the empty container. The full container is transported to the landfill / incineration plant, and the empty container is returned to its original position to continue operation, forming a closed-loop transfer process.

Empty Box Positioning: The arm hook transport vehicle precisely aligns the empty sealed box with the compression station's latch, and locks it with an electrically controlled mechanism for fixation;

Waste Feeding: The sanitation collection vehicle / cleaning staff pour the bucketed garbage into the hopper. The dump truck equipment automatically lifts the bucket and discharges the garbage, which slides into the compression chamber by its own weight;

Automatic Compaction: The hopper cover closes to prevent dust, and the PLC activates the hydraulic system. The compression head repeatedly squeezes the garbage, continuously compressing multiple batches of materials without interruption;

Full-load Reminder: When the box is fully loaded, the pressure sensor triggers an audible and visual alarm, and the compression program automatically locks and stops;

Container Replacement & Transportation: The transfer vehicle arrives at the site, unlocks the box, selects the full box and drives away, and the empty box returns to its original position. The cycle of operations repeats.
