The Underground Waste Classification System is a novel environmental sanitation equipment that integrates landscape aesthetics, intelligent technology and efficient environmental protection.  System Structure and Core Components

1. Underground Storage Unit

Classification Bucket Material: Made of high-density material, with added UV-resistant stabilizer, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, stable operation, and long service life

Sealing Design: The bucket lid and the bucket body adopt double sealing rings, combined with the underground low-temperature preservation environment, effectively inhibiting the emission of odors, preventing mosquito breeding and sewage leakage

Structural Reinforcement: The bottom and side plates adopt thickened and reinforced design, with strong impact resistance, and internal reinforcing ribs to prevent deformation

Drainage System: Each bucket bottom is equipped with an independent drainage valve, which can be regularly used to discharge the garbage leachate to keep the bucket dry


2. Ground Intelligent Discharge Port

Material: Customized material, waterproof, rust-proof, easy to clean, long service life

Discharge method: Supports various feeding methods such as contactless sensor opening, foot pedal, manual operation, etc. No manual operation required throughout the process, clean and hygienic

Classification identification: High-definition color classification icons, screen guidance, reduces classification difficulty, improves accuracy

Safety protection: The discharge port is equipped with a hand-protection device and a child safety lock


3. Hydraulic lifting system

Lifting capacity: The maximum lifting weight can reach up to 1 ton, enabling the easy lifting of four fully-loaded trash cans to the ground simultaneously

Lifting speed: Smooth operation with low noise

Safety protection: Equipped with overload protection, limit protection, and emergency descent function in case of power failure, providing multiple safeguards for operational safety

Control system: Utilizes PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), supporting both manual and automatic modes, with simple and convenient operation


4. Intelligent Monitoring and Management System

Overflow Monitoring: Equipped with ultrasonic sensors, it can monitor the garbage volume in real time. Before the container overflows, it automatically sends a clearance reminder to the background management platform.

Odor Control: An optional automatic spray deodorization system is available. It actively purifies the odor and inhibits the growth of bacteria.

Fire Warning: Built-in smoke sensors and temperature sensors detect abnormal temperatures and automatically activate the fire extinguishing device to prevent the garbage from spontaneously combusting.

Capacity

The system is equipped with four independent classification bins, perfectly compatible with the mainstream global waste sorting standards (recyclables, kitchen waste, hazardous waste, and other waste). There are three capacity options available, meeting the needs of different scenarios.


240L: Suitable for areas with limited space, with high cleaning frequency, applicable to small communities, park corners, and office buildings.

660L: It performs the best in the balance between capacity and space, and is the most widely used model. It is suitable for medium-sized communities, commercial areas, schools and hospitals.

1100L: Extra-large capacity, reduces cleaning frequency, lowers operating costs, applicable to large communities, city squares, and transportation hubs.


 Working Principle

Standby mode: Completely buried and sealed storage. Four classification bins (240L/660L/1100L options available) are hidden underground, with only the discharge ports remaining on the ground. It prevents odors and leakage.

Smart discharge: When residents approach the sensor, the discharge port is activated. The classification guidance is precise and the discharge is done automatically, which then closes automatically. There is no contact throughout the process.

Real-time warning: Sensors monitor the amount of garbage. When it reaches the full level, a reminder for garbage removal is sent to the management end.

Hydraulic removal: The sanitation staff activate the lifting system, raising the bin to the ground for removal. After completion, it is cleaned and reset. The lifting process is safe and stable.

Automatic reset: The bin returns to underground, with double sealing. After self-check by the system, it returns to standby mode. The management end updates the removal data, forming a closed loop.
