Block Switching: When one bin is full, it is raised to ground level for transfer via a lifting system; simultaneously, another underground bin begins receiving garbage, achieving alternating operation of the two bins.
Waste Transfer: Large garbage trucks park at the ground platform and transfer the garbage from the full bins to the treatment plant; if a "direct bin transport" mode is used, the empty bins can be directly returned underground.
Circular Operation: After transfer, the empty bins are lowered back underground via the lifting system to continue receiving garbage, entering the next cycle.
