It differs from traditional ground trash cans and garbage compression stations. Its main structure is hidden underground, and garbage is only received through the ground disposal opening, achieving the landscape, sealed, and intelligent aspects of garbage collection.

Space optimization: Move the garbage storage from the ground to underground, saving the ground space for greening or public facilities, and solving the visual pollution problem of the traditional garbage stations which are dirty, messy and unpleasant.

Environmentally friendly: Completely sealed underground storage, preventing the spread of odors, mosquitoes and rats, and improving the quality of the surrounding environment.

Precise classification: Clearly divide into four independent collection channels, along with guidance signs, to enhance the accuracy of residents' classification.

Ground unit: Four-category waste disposal ports, patterned decorative cover plates, waste disposal guidance signs, intelligent sensing devices

Function: An interactive interface for residents to dispose of garbage, waterproof, dustproof, corrosion-resistant, and elegant and stylish.


Underground unit: Four sets of independent trash bins (660L/1100L), hydraulic lifting platform, underground sealed container

Function: A sealed space for temporarily storing garbage. The trash bins can be switched between the ground and underground levels through the lifting platform.


Control system: Control box, operation panel, remote communication module, sensor group

Functions: Control the operation of the lifting platform, monitor the status of the garbage, and achieve automatic alarm.

Underground Classified Waste Disposal System


Capacity

This system comes with four separate sorting compartments, fully compliant with major international waste classification standards (recyclables, kitchen waste, hazardous waste, and residual waste). Three volume options are provided to satisfy requirements for various application scenarios.


240L: Designed for space‑restricted areas that require frequent waste collection, it fits small residential communities, park corners and office buildings.


660L: Offering an optimal balance between capacity and footprint, this is the most widely adopted model. It is suitable for medium‑sized communities, commercial districts, schools and hospitals.


1100L: Boasting ultra‑large capacity, it reduces collection frequency and operational costs, and is applicable to large residential areas, urban squares and transportation hubs.


 Working Principle

The work flow of the underground four-category classification system consists of three core steps: placement, temporary storage, and removal. The entire process has a high degree of automation and is easy to operate:


Disposal

Residents open the corresponding disposal ports by using sensors, scanning codes, or manually.

Garbage falls into the underground, sealed corresponding trash cans through the disposal channels.

After disposal, the disposal ports automatically close to maintain a sealed state, preventing the spread of odors.


Hold temporarily

The garbage is temporarily stored in a sealed underground space to avoid direct sunlight and water immersion.

The overflow sensor continuously monitors the garbage volume. When it reaches the set threshold, the system automatically sends an alarm message to the management platform indicating that the bin is full.

The disinfection device operates regularly to keep the environment inside the bin clean and inhibit the growth of bacteria.


Collection

After receiving the collection instructions, the sanitation workers arrive at the site and start the lifting process by operating the control panel.

The hydraulic lifting platform smoothly lifts the four trash cans simultaneously to the ground.

The sanitation workers use the bucket-type garbage truck and transfer different types of garbage to the corresponding compartments respectively.

After the collection is completed, the lifting platform brings the empty cans back underground and the system returns to standby mode.
