Run process
The garbage truck brings the collected garbage to the station and dumps it onto the loading platform into the compressor's discharge port. The hydraulic cylinder compresses the garbage in the delivery bin, repeatedly loading, compressing, and pressing the garbage into the bin until it is full. The bin gate closes: After pushing the shovel into the bin, it moves back a certain distance past the gate. The compressor's door lifting mechanism activates to close the gate, and the shovel continues to move back into place. The transfer bin disengages: The hydraulic cylinder releases the bin, and the push-pull mechanism pushes the garbage away from the compressor's docking port, completing the bin disengagement. The displacement platform then moves horizontally again, moving the full bin to another location. Simultaneously, it also moves the empty bin, which was previously placed on the displacement platform, into the compression position. The hook truck removes the garbage transfer bin. The hook truck picks up the full bin and pulls it onto the transfer truck's frame. The locking device secures the bin, and the vehicle departs the compression station.
