Split Type Garbage Compression Station is a horizontal direct-pressure garbage processing equipment. Its core feature is that the compression machine and the garbage container can be separated. The full garbage containers can be transported by a grab truck, and it is compatible with multi-container circulation operation of one machine. The single machine's daily processing capacity ranges from 50 to 300 tons. It is widely used in medium and large-sized garbage transfer stations.

Efficient continuous operation: The Split Type Garbage Compression Station operates in a mode where the equipment remains stationary while the container moves. Once a container is full, the grab truck can immediately transport it away and replace it with an empty container to continue the compression process. The compressor hardly needs to wait, significantly improving equipment utilization and operational continuity.


Low transportation costs: After being compressed under high pressure, the volume of garbage can be reduced to one-third or even less of its original size. This means that with the same transportation capacity, the single transportation volume increases by 2-3 times, directly saving fuel costs, tolls, and vehicle wear and tear. The overall transportation cost can be reduced by 40%-50%.


Whole-box transfer, no need for secondary loading: The compressed garbage is stored in a sealed container and is lifted and transported as a whole by the grab truck. After reaching the terminal processing site, it is unloaded as a whole. This avoids the exposure, scattering, and secondary pollution of garbage in the traditional method, and also saves the waiting time for unloading.


Automated operation, reduced labor intensity: Utilizing a PLC intelligent control system, one-click operation is achieved. Pushing, locking, alarm and other processes are automatically completed, reducing the technical requirements for operators and labor intensity.


Multiple safety protections: Equipped with infrared sensing, anti-misoperation, hydraulic system overload protection and other multiple safety interlock devices to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

Core Structure

Split Type Garbage Compression Station is mainly composed:


Compressor main unit: The core processing unit, including hydraulic system, compression head, PLC control system, locking mechanism, etc., responsible for garbage compression operation, which can be fixed or movable.

Garbage container: A large-capacity container, connected with the main unit to store compressed garbage. When full, it can be separated for transfer. The material is mostly high-strength steel, with corrosion resistance and anti-leakage properties.

Loading device: Includes dumping hoppers, lifting mechanisms, etc., with various forms such as side hoppers, rear hoppers, and platform loading. It is convenient for garbage collection vehicles to unload.

Auxiliary system: Includes transfer platform, spray deodorization and dust suppression device, and leachate collection system, etc., to ensure environmental protection and continuous operation.


Working Principle

Loading: The small sanitation vehicle dumps the collected domestic waste into the loading port of the compressor.


Compression: The operator starts the equipment. The pusher of the compressor pushes the garbage horizontally from the loading port into the empty garbage container at the rear, and repeatedly performs strong compression to form a high-density garbage block.


Circulation operation: Repeat the loading-compression process until the container reaches the rated loading capacity.


Box change: The telescopic arm vehicle enters the workstation, lifts the fully loaded container as a whole, and transports it away. At the same time, place another empty container on the guide rail at the front end of the compressor and connect it to the compressor outlet.


Transfer and processing: The telescopic arm vehicle directly transports the fully loaded container to the terminal processing site. Open the tailgate, and unload the compressed garbage blocks through self-unloading or push-forking. The empty container returns to the transfer station or goes to the next station.
