The Split Garbage Compression Station is a garbage processing equipment with a separation design of compressors and garbage bins. Continuous operation without interruption: Adopting the "one machine with multiple boxes" design, fully loaded garbage boxes can be directly separated for transportation, and empty boxes can be immediately connected to the compressor without needing to stop and wait, significantly increasing the daily processing capacity.

Good compression and reduction effect: The horizontal hydraulic pushing technology has a compression ratio of 3:1 to 4:1, reducing the volume of garbage by more than 70%, and each box can store more garbage.


High environmental protection performance

Full-process sealed anti-pollution: The compressor is securely locked when connected to the garbage bin. The box body is equipped with a sealed tailgate and anti-leakage lining to prevent garbage spillage and odor leakage. The filtrate generated during compression can be collected and treated centrally through a dedicated groove, without causing secondary pollution.

Compatible with deodorization / noise reduction systems: During operation, the equipment can be coordinated with the deodorization and noise reduction facilities of the transfer station, meeting the environmental protection standards of urban sanitation.


Low operating costs

Reduce collection costs: After the garbage is compressed, its volume significantly decreases, reducing the number of transport vehicles, and saving fuel, labor, and vehicle wear and tear costs.

Controllable maintenance costs: The compressor and garbage bin are designed separately. The wear-prone bin can be repaired or replaced independently, and the maintenance frequency of the core hydraulic system is lower, resulting in overall maintenance costs about 30% less than those of integrated equipment.


High scene flexibility

Adaptable to different fluctuations in garbage volume: By increasing or decreasing the number of garbage bins, it can cope with scenarios such as morning rush hours and holidays where garbage production changes;

Supports long-distance transportation: The garbage bins can be transported separately by a boom truck, without needing to move along with the compressor, and is suitable for long-distance scenarios from community small transfer stations to large urban processing sites.


Intelligent and easy to manage

Automated control: Equipped with PLC electrical control system, it can achieve automatic compression, full bin alarm, and fault warning, reducing manual operation;

Longer equipment lifespan: The wear parts of the compressor and the garbage bin are separated, and the wear of core components is slower, with the overall equipment lifespan reaching 8-10 years.

Core Structure

Split Garbage Compression Station is mainly composed of two parts (separable):


Compressor main unit

Includes the compression push head, hydraulic system, feeding device, electrical control system, etc.; responsible for the crushing and compression of garbage, usually adopting horizontal pushing technology, with a compression force of over 40 tons.


Separate-type garbage bins

Large-capacity containers, with each container having a volume of approximately 10-20 cubic meters, are used to store compressed garbage;

They can be equipped with sealed tail gates and anti-leakage structures to prevent secondary pollution.


Working Principle

Loading: The garbage collection vehicle pours the garbage into the hopper of the compressor, and then it is sent into the compression chamber through the dump / platform;

Compression: The hydraulic push head squeezes the garbage horizontally into the garbage box, and it can be repeatedly compressed until the box is full;

Changing and transferring: The filled garbage box is transported away by the grab truck, and the empty box is connected with the compressor to continue the operation;

Discharging: After the garbage box reaches the landfill or incineration plant, the tail gate is opened to dump the garbage, and the empty box returns to the transfer station.

One machine can be equipped with multiple boxes. During box replacement, there is no need to stop the machine. The daily processing capacity can reach 50 to 600 tons. Small models can handle 120-200 tons, medium-sized models 150-300 tons, and large-sized models 300-600 tons.

Fully enclosed treatment: The entire process of compression, storage and transportation is sealed, eliminating garbage spillage and odor leakage;
