Working principle
Box docking and fixation
The rear of the roll-on roll-off garbage truck is equipped with retractable metal slides. After the vehicle is parked, the slides will extend to the ground. Through hydraulic hooks and the traction device at the bottom of the garbage box, they are connected to ensure that the box is firmly fixed on the slides, preventing any sliding or shifting.
Hydraulic-driven loading and unloading
Start the hydraulic cylinder, and through the contraction of the piston rod, pull the slides to "pull" the garbage box along the slides onto the vehicle chassis and lock it; during unloading, the operation is reversed, extending the slides and using hydraulic thrust to smoothly slide the box to the designated position on the ground.
Gravity-assisted dumping
Some large Roll Off Dumpsters are equipped with a flip structure. When the vehicle arrives at the processing site, the hydraulic system lifts the end of the slides, causing the box to be in an inclined state. The garbage inside the box automatically slides out under the force of gravity, completing the unloading.
