Working principle
1. Docking Preparation
Park the hook truck behind the container, aligning the hook arm with the container's locking hole.
Park the vehicle with the parking brake, apply a triangular block if necessary, and connect the safety chain.
2. Lifting and Transport
Activate the hydraulic system, extend the hook arm, and secure the container. Ensure it is securely engaged and lift the container 10-20 cm off the ground.
Pull the container onto the vehicle's load frame and secure it. Drive the vehicle to the destination.
3. Unloading and Repositioning
Park the vehicle at the unloading point and adjust the angle so that the container's unloading opening faces the target area.
Hydraulically tilt the container to unload. After completion, reverse the operation to lower the container back to a horizontal position.
4. Closing and Departing
If the empty container is to be left in place, disengage the hook arm from the container's locking hole and remove the safety chain.
After verifying that the container is stable, retract the hook arm and drive the vehicle off the site.
