Core Structure And Design FeaturesHook connection system: The front end is equipped with welded hook arm hangers, which precisely match the sliding rails of the hook arm vehicle, ensuring that loading and unloading can be completed within 5 minutes.
Box structure: Overall welded design, made of Q235/Q345 carbon steel, with edge plates 2-4mm thick and bottom plates 3-5mm thick. The interior is equipped with a wave-proof partition to prevent shaking.
Back door design: Double-layer maze-style sealing, oil-resistant rubber strips, no leakage; optional single door, double door, self-unloading rear door or sealed rear door with ratchet lock.
Strengthening structure: The top frame is made of rectangular steel pipes, with corner reinforcement plates and bottom reinforcing ribs, enhancing the impact resistance capacity.

Working Principle The Industrial Hook Bin cannot move on its own. It works in conjunction with the hook-arm type garbage truck. The entire system is powered by hydraulic cylinders, hook arms and slide rails, which are used for loading, transporting and dumping garbage. The entire process is fully mechanized and no manual lifting or moving is required.
The vehicle reverses to align with the container, and the hydraulic hook arm grabs the front lifting lug of the garbage container.
The hydraulic system contracts, pulling the container along the slide rail onto the vehicle frame and locking it in place.
Transport it in a sealed manner to the garbage disposal site.
Hydraulic lift the container, and the rear door automatically opens. The garbage is discharged by its own weight.
The container is reset, the rear door is locked, and the vehicle transports the empty container back and places it on the ground. Then, it detaches the hook and drives away.
