Work Flow
Equipment Placement: A hooklift truck transports the empty tipper garbage compactor to its designated parking space at the transfer station and unloads it.
Garbage Dumping: A collection vehicle (such as a tricycle or handcart) dumps garbage into the equipment's hopper, and the tipper lifts the garbage into the compression chamber.
Compression Processing: The pusher's hydraulic cylinder drives the pusher to repeatedly compress the garbage. During this process, leachate flows into the sedimentation well, settles, and is then discharged into the sewage pipe.
Full Container Transfer: Once the equipment signals a full container, compression stops. The hooklift truck then lifts the full container and transports it to the waste treatment plant (incineration plant or landfill).
Circular Operation: The empty container is returned to the transfer station to begin the next round of garbage collection and compression.
