Traditional trash bins require manual transportation of each one to the collection vehicle, and one vehicle can only clear 10-15 bins in one hour. However, the Hook Lift Container can lift one box at a time through the mechanical arm, and can clear 5-8 boxes in one hour, increasing the efficiency by 3-5 times. It is especially suitable for areas with a large amount of garbage production.
The entire process does not require any cleaning staff to transport or dump the garbage. It only requires operating the mechanical arm of the collection vehicle to complete the "lifting - dumping - returning to position". This avoids the risks of bumps and contamination caused by manual contact with the garbage, fundamentally solving the high-risk problem of traditional garbage collection.
The box is designed as fully enclosed, and during the garbage storage process, there is no odor diffusion or leakage of filtrate (some models have a bottom anti-seepage layer). Working principle
Lift the container: Drive the Roll off Container to the side of the lifting arm box, extend the hook through the hydraulic arm, and secure the bottom connection mechanism of the container;
Transfer and lift: The hydraulic arm lifts the container as a whole to the top of the truck bed and fixes it. The vehicle is transported to the waste treatment plant (landfill / incineration plant);
Dump and unload: After reaching the destination, the hydraulic arm flips the container and dumps all the garbage into the treatment equipment;
Reposition and reset: After the unloading is completed, the hydraulic arm returns the empty container to the original collection point (or moves it to a new location) to complete one cycle.
