Core Definition and Working PrincipleThe Hook Lift Bins are heavy-duty containers equipped with a special connection mechanism. Their front end features a hook arm connection point, which can precisely align with the hydraulic arm of the hook arm truck.
Work process:
The Hook Lift Truck extends the hydraulic arm and hooks onto the connecting mechanism at the front of the container;
The hydraulic system is activated, lifting and pulling the container from the ground or base onto the sliding rails of the truck chassis;
After the container is securely fixed, it can be safely transported to the destination;
Upon arrival, the hydraulic arm is activated again to lower the container from the truck chassis or raise it to a certain angle to complete the automatic tipping;
Empty containers can remain in place for continued use, while the Hook Lift Truck can proceed to service the next container, achieving the efficient operation mode of "one truck for multiple containers".
This design enables a single Hook Lift Truck to serve 10 to 20 containers in a cycle, significantly enhancing the cleaning efficiency and greatly reducing operating costs.
