Material: Mainly Q235/Q345 carbon steel; for heavy-load/maintenance scenarios, 6mm bottom plate + 4mm side plate; for standard scenarios, 4mm bottom plate + 3mm side plate; corrosion protection can be achieved through hot-dip galvanizing or epoxy zinc-rich primer and topcoat.
Structure: Fully welded, with reinforced rectangular tubes at the top; additional strengthening beams can be added inside for heavy-load protection against collapse.

Hooking and lifting interface
Front hook plate: 50mm diameter round steel / thick steel plate forged and welded, with U-shaped hook groove, precisely matching the hydraulic hook head of the hook arm vehicle, with a load capacity of ≥ 30 tons.
Bottom rollers / slide rails: High-strength wear-resistant rollers or sliding plates are installed at the front and rear of the box body to facilitate smooth sliding on the guide rails of the auxiliary frame of the hook arm vehicle, reducing friction and deformation.

Fill the bin with non-recyclable waste (such as concrete, bricks and tiles), and then the truck lifts the bin through a hook, which is the docking point on the back of the bin. The docking point is a sturdy curved metal strip that holds the bin in place when it is hung on the truck. Then, the truck is ready to take the trash can to where it needs to go.

Working PrinciplePositioning hook: The truck reverses to the front of the container, the hydraulic hook arm extends and lowers, precisely engaging the lifting hook slot at the front of the container and locking it in place.
Lifting box: By operating the hydraulic valve, the hook arm rises upwards and is pulled backward. The box smoothly slides up along the guide rails and rollers of the truck's auxiliary frame and settles smoothly onto the frame, automatically locking and securing in place.
Safe transportation: After the box is securely locked, the truck can move normally; the entire process is sealed to prevent leakage, with no garbage scattering, no sewage dripping, and no odor leakage. It complies with environmental protection standards.
Self-unloading and discharging: After arriving at the processing site, unlock the box, raise the boom to tilt, and the rear door will automatically open under the force of gravity. The garbage will be unloaded by gravity; after discharging, the rear door will automatically close and lock.
Unloading of boxes: After the empty boxes are unloaded, the hook arm slowly descends to place the box on the ground smoothly. Then the hook head is disengaged and the truck drives away. The empty boxes remain at their original position for further collection, achieving a cycle of multiple boxes in one truck.
