Product Operation Process
1. Start the Equipment
Connect the power supply and start the hydraulic system according to the instructions on the control panel. Wait for the equipment to enter standby mode.
2. Load the Garbage Bin
Hang the matching garbage bin onto the loading mechanism (ensure the hook is securely connected to the bin handle).
Operate the control handle/button to rotate the loading mechanism, dumping the garbage into the compaction chamber. After dumping, the loading mechanism resets, and the empty garbage bin is removed.
3. Garbage Compression Cycle
Start the compression mechanism to gradually compact the garbage in the compaction chamber. Depending on the amount of garbage and the required compression density, the "loading bin → compression" cycle can be repeated multiple times until the compaction chamber is full or the preset compression level is reached.
During compression, closely observe the hydraulic system pressure and the equipment's operating sound. If any abnormality occurs, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
4. Unloading Operation
When the compressed garbage needs to be transferred, operate the unloading mechanism to push the compacted garbage block out and load it into a garbage truck.
5. Shutdown and Finishing Operations
After unloading, reset all equipment mechanisms and shut down the hydraulic system and power supply.
Clean debris from the equipment surface, inspect wear on vulnerable parts, and record the findings for future maintenance.
