A bucket-type garbage compactor is a machine that compresses, reduces, and compacts various materials using hydraulic, mechanical, or pneumatic forces. This compression process reduces the volume of waste and the floor space it occupies, providing a more convenient and economical way to dispose of it.

Product Advantage
Automation: Replacing manual dumping, reducing the labor intensity of sanitation workers;
Environmental friendliness: Sealed discharge + pressure reduction and volume reduction, reducing odors, leachate and garbage spillage;
Efficiency: The loading capacity of a single box is 3 to 5 times that of a regular garbage truck, reducing the number of transfers and costs;
Flexibility: Can be moved or fixedly installed, with a small floor area (only 10 to 20 square meters).
Product Operation Process
Trash cans are placed at the entrances of building corridors. Property management staff use garbage collection trucks to transport the garbage to a Bucket-type Garbage Compactor. After the garbage is compressed, a dedicated sanitation vehicle transports it to the waste disposal site, where it is unloaded and transported back to its original location.

This new type of lifting Bucket-type Garbage Compactor is a waste compression and treatment equipment independently developed by our company based on the market demand for indoor sanitation equipment and waste transfer mode. It is mainly used for collecting and transferring household waste in urban streets, commercial areas, residential factories, schools, and hospitals. It is mainly suitable for loading 120L/240L/660L/770L/1100L garbage bins.
Bucket-type Garbage Compactor station has the characteristics of less odor emission, no secondary pollution, small floor area, flexible mobility, etc. It is especially suitable for the reconstruction of new Transport hub and old stations under the conditions of difficult land acquisition and small site in urban areas.
Process Flow
Hang the fully loaded garbage bins on the bucket-lifting mechanism;
The bucket-lifting mechanism lifts and turns the bins, and then pours the garbage into the compression chamber through the sealed receiving pipe;
The compressor starts and compresses the garbage before pushing it into the storage box;
When the box is full, it is transported to the landfill / processing plant by a grab truck (arm truck);
The empty box returns to the compression station and is reused.

Core Structure
Bin Tilting Mechanism: Includes a bin hanger, moving frame, and tilting frame. It can accommodate standard garbage bins of 120L/240L/660L. Driven by hydraulic cylinders, it automatically lifts and tilts the bins for unloading, eliminating the need for manual emptying.
Some units use sealed receiving pipes, ensuring a sealed connection between the garbage bin and the compression chamber during tilting, preventing odor and leachate leakage.
Compression System: Consists of a compression pusher and hydraulic cylinders. Utilizing horizontal/vertical compression technology, it compresses garbage to 1/3 to 1/5 of its original volume, increasing the container's loading capacity.
Storage Container: Large-capacity, sealed container with a hydraulically locked rear door, preventing leakage during transport.
What is the working principle of a Bucket-type Garbage Compactor?
The working principle of a Bucket-type Garbage Compactor can be broken down into three core stages: "tipping and unloading → garbage compression → storage and transfer."
1. Tipping and Unloading Stage: First, a standard garbage bin filled with garbage (240L/660L/1100L, etc.) is hung on the tipping mechanism's bracket.
After the control system is activated, the hydraulic cylinder drives the tipping mechanism to lift and tilt, causing the garbage bin to tilt and the garbage to slide into the compression chamber through the sealed receiving channel.
After unloading, the tipping mechanism automatically resets, awaiting the next bin loading.
2. Garbage Compression Stage: After the garbage enters the compression chamber, the control system triggers the compression pusher, applying pressure to the loose garbage in a horizontal/vertical direction.
The pusher compresses the garbage, reducing its volume, and pushes the compressed garbage block into the sealed storage tank.
If the tank is not full, the compression pusher resets, repeating the "receiving → compression" cycle until the tank is full.
3. Storage and Transfer Process
The storage container is a sealed structure, with compressed waste blocks tightly stacked inside to prevent odors and leachate from overflowing.
Once the container is full, it is transported to the waste treatment plant via a hooklift truck.
The empty container is then returned to the compression station by the hooklift truck, reconnected to the equipment, and the cycle continues.
What are the application scenarios for Bucket-type Garbage Compactor?
The application scenarios for Bucket-type Garbage Compactor are mainly concentrated in areas where waste is concentrated and requires efficient and environmentally friendly treatment. Specifically, they can be categorized as follows:
1. Urban Residential Scenarios
Older residential areas/Newer communities: Solve the problem of centralized collection of residential waste, replacing traditional open-air garbage pits and avoiding odors and pollution.
Urban villages/Urban-rural fringe areas: Adapt to scattered garbage bin disposal points, balancing the needs of automated operation and compact space.
2. Public Service and Commercial Scenarios
Government agencies/Schools/Hospitals: Process daily waste generated from office and logistics work, improving the efficiency of site sanitation management.
Commercial streets/Farmers' markets: Handle high volumes of waste generated by restaurants and stalls, reducing the frequency of transfer after compression.
3. Industrial and Production Scenarios
Large factories/Industrial parks: Process industrial waste, adapting to garbage bin collection models within the factory area.
Logistics parks/Warehouse centers: Process express packaging and material waste, cooperating with the park's sanitation system to achieve centralized compression.
4. Other Specific Scenarios
Scenic Spots/Parks: Set up in areas with high visitor concentration, balancing environmental protection and efficient transfer;
Temporary Event Venues: Such as exhibition and sports events, temporary deployments enable rapid waste compression, reducing collection pressure.
